The butter in Absolutely Almond Pound Cake may be replaced with Â¾ cup (6 oz.) of your favorite flavored yogurt. Add the water as directed. Blueberry or lemon yogurt works particularly well, and you can use regular, low-fat or no-fat. There are also a couple of recipes on our website for Lightened Absolutely Almond Pound Cake.
