Take Me for Granite Inc

We were warned. Friends of ours who had used Abraham told us he didn't show up for several install appointments.

Here we sit with our kiktchen torn apart. I called and left several messages with none being returned. All I wanted was an approximate time they were coming. So of course, after stitting and waiting for 6 hours I run to the store to get some medicine for my childs medicine and they show up. I was gone 20 minutes. I don't know how long they were here but it couldn't have been more than 10 - 15 because it takes 5 minutes to get out of our neighborhood and I would have seen them. So, I call and am told they will reschedule for next week and that leaves us without the use of our kitchen for at least 5 days because it's holiday weekend. Instead of turning around (they were 10 minutes away) and completing a job and making a customer happy, I was told "It's Friday"!
They're supposed to come out tomorrow morning .
