Good Knowledge, extreme charges
Was able to find the issues - it was pretty much visible with the broken wire right in front. Still it needed them to know it was a thermostat wire. Problem is they charged $450 to simply put it together with tape. This was not an inside wire or connection, but the wire coming from wall hanging outside and then going to unit. Out of $450, they said $120 is because they showed their face on site, it is not for doing anything except come there
