T S Heat & Air, Inc., was started in 1983 by me, Terry Shinn, with $500.00 (two weeks pay) and a pickup truck. Since then it has grown to become one of the largest Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers in Oklahoma and obtained numerous awards from distributors and builders for both volume and quality. I am still in the office every day and remain the sole owner of the company. TS Heat & Air, Inc., currently employees 30 people including a fully staffed office and 9 service and installation trucks. We do not use any automated phone systems and have someone answering the phone at all times. We also have 24 hour emergency service for our labor warranty and maintenance agreement customers. We have financing options.
