Poor service, wasted my time and did not fix the problem
My homeowner warranty company selected Switch Electric and said they would contact me for an appointment, they never did, I had to call them to make an appointment, then they showed up hours late for what was a 4 hour window (9 am - 1 pm window, they did not show up up about 3 pm), I wasted an entire day sitting around waiting for them, and they still didn't fix the problem. Instead of calling the warranty company on the spot (as the warranty company said they were suposed to do) to verify my coverage and fix the outlet that day, they left saying they'd need to verify coverage and come back later. Then they never followed up with me as they were supposed to do. I had to call the warranty company myself, and then call Switch Electric back, and the guy was very argumentative and angry that I had reported to the warranty company that they were late and didn't fix the problem, and he said if I wasn't happy with them I should get someone else to fix it, her wasn't willing to come back. this after they took my $60 copay.
