Swim Cafe

Swim's cupcakes never disappoint - they are always moist and flavorful with light and sweet frosting. I love how they are served on such adorable plates with fresh oranges, quite an indulgence. Two of my favorite cupcake flavors are True Blueberry and Mint Oreo. Swim's signature Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie is to die for as well - soft chewy texture and sweet without being too sweet. If you try these fresh out of the oven, you'll think you're in heaven.

On the savory side, they have sandwiches and amazing scones as well.

What really pushes Swim into 5-star territory, and I don't give out many 5-star reviews, is that everyone at Swim is so nice and welcoming, you really feel at home.

I went in here a little while ago after a client suggested it. The food was great but it took a half an hour to make a sandwich. Ridiculous!

It's a coffee shop and a bakery, so you know they have a nice combination of caffienated beverages and delicious treats to with them. A very sweet lady who owns the place also does all the baking and preperation for the food that they serve. Try the carmel fudge brownie or the Lox Deluxe bagel sandwhiches [my personal favorite]

Their only real problem is they are sooo slooooowwwww. Even if you order something small or simple it always takes a few minutes for them to get it together. I once stood there and waited 30 minutes for the hippy kid behind the counter to make my sandwhich to go and when I finally got the food, got home and got ready to eat it: I discovered he'd forgotten to put the salmon on my salmon bagel sandwich.

The employees all seam liked stoned hippies. Other than that - great place!
