Swim Again Pools & Spas

Used this company to install inground fiberglass pool. The entire experience from from start to finish was horrible. Timelines were not met. Quality of work was poor. The pool that they installed did not have the proper structure that was necessary for our property. Therefore, our pool is not level and is starting to sink. When we approached the company with our problem, they lacked the integrity to resolve it. We are taking this to the next level for restitution. If i could give this company 0 stars I would.

BAD SERVICE. STAFFIS NOT RESPONSIVE WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE.. iT TAKES THAM TO LONG TO COME OUT AND FIX A PROBLEM, WHICH THERE ARE PLENTY WITH HOTSPRING SPAS.... DO NOT BUY ONE. oH AND SWIM AGAIN, GET SOME MATURE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. WE MISS NICOLE..

I purchased a Hot Spring Spa and it was great for the first 6 months and than I kept having problems with the heat and a loud noise. I called several times to Swim again and they kept tellling me t try different things. It took them a month to come service it. I now got rid of my spa and have an LA spa which I am soo pleased with. DONT"T BUY A HOTSPRING SPA> My sales rep was great. She kept in contact with me but the service was bad!!
