I booked two guys for 3 hours to move me out of my small studio apartment. I have moved many times before and that is about the amount of time it has taken in the past. Well, it took them 3 hours to load the truck and one of the guys spent 15-20 minutes of that time in my bathroom (yes, on the clock). The 20 minute drive to my new place took them 3 hours and they did not arrive to my new place until 9:00 at night. They then took 2.5 hours to move my boxes into my new place and tried to charge me for an hour of driving. I sat outside waiting for them for almost 3 hours. I got back to my old apartment at midnight to discover the one guy had clogged my toilet and had not fixed it or told me about it, it had been sitting there for 6 hours. Disgusting. I had to plunge it and clean it up, great ending to a horrible 9 hour moving experience. The one guy also yelled at me on the phone. Called Swiftway several times

They showed up on time and started moving us right away. They first did a walk through, which was helpful and informational about how they wanted to pack the truck. Two guys moved our boxes while one stayed on the truck to pack the truck neatly. They were awesome!!! Very polite! Will definately use them again if we have to do another local move, they made our move much less stressful. We were worried about them getting lost on the military base we were on, but they didn't. Again, awesome service, they treated our stuff like it was there own.

I am impressed with this company. The workers arrived on time and were ready to work. Excellent work!!!!!!!!
