Background check is given upon initial consultation along with proof of license, insurance and the company is bonded. Was hesitant with letting into my home as one has to be catious and careful, however, it's now been 12 yrs. that Sweeping Beauties has cleaned my home, office and various business establishments that I am owner of.Hope this helps
