Swat Towing

These guys are Criminal's taking advantage of darkness to steal an honest man's money. I parked my RV in an empty Basha's parking lot just like I have done off and on for over 10 years and these creeps tow the rig to Mesa @ 2 in the morning, I had planned to move it @ 7 am that morning.I called to find out where their chop shop / tow yard was and I got some CREEP who 1st told me it would be $500 to get it out and the after some words he said that it would be $600 When I picked it up they charged me $500 bucks. I hope that some day you get to face the music for your criminal ACTS!!!! I will report your actions to the BBB next and I hope it helps put anend to people like you doing business in the state of Arizona, You need to go back to where you came from, which was likely a prison cell !!!!!

Opportunistic bottom-feeding crooks, wish I could rate them negative stars. They towed my truck & boat from a vacant Basha's parking lot at 3:00AM and demanded $500 cash to release it 8 hrs later. Even had the gall to tell me they charge that much because that's what the city of Chandler allows (he initially even said "recommends"). What a crock.

My girlfriend and I were at home and we decided to go out and have a few drinks at Dos Gringos in Tempe. We were driving down the street near the bar and there was no parking anywhere. Right next door there is an apt complex so we pulled in and parked. When the place closed we went back and our car was gone! There was 2 guys there telling us that their car got towed, so we called the number on the towing signs and found out we got towed too. I just wish I would have payed attention when I was parking because after the fact I realized there are 14 signs posted there that say you have to be a resident to park there. So after listening to the other guys who got towed just cursing out the guy at the tow yard for 25 minutes. I realized that I was very angry too. But I realized I was wrong and that these tow guys must deal with people yelling at them all the time. I guess they have a job to do and I paid the fee told the guy thank you. I am going to start paying attn when I park now.
