Outstanding Company
I recently had a problem with the A/C and called Superior Air around 11pm leaving a message to return my call in the AM. They did and Gabriel was dispatched once he was available. He identified the problem, provided the replacement from his inventory on his truck and we were up and running.
Any issues I've had with billing have been corrected immediately usually to my advantage. They are quick to respond and each of the technicians that have responded to our needs have always been highly qualified, experienced and very cooperative.
A special thanks to Larry and Tori, the owners, Raul, their Service Mgr, Gabriel, Technician, Jose, installer, Steve, troubleshooter, Lindsey and least I forget Melinda. All fun to talk to and each highly qualified and ready to get your the assistance and support you require. No up front money required, they'll bill you which is convenient.

Last 4th of July weekend, my A/C just stopped. I have my elderly parents here from Minnesota and I know I just have to find someone. My neighbor suggested I call them. Holiday Weekend and I had a technician Paul out to my home 45 minutes after I called. He found the problem quickly, made the repair after I ok'd it and then serviced my unit as well. Instead of trying to get out of there as fast as he could, he took extra time to service the unit and completely explained why it broke. My home went from 91 degrees inside to 78 in a couple hours and it was over 106 outside. I don't know what I would have done...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Superior Air...I will tell everyone to only call you guys

I have a home warranty and when it was 108 degrees, of course my unit won't turn on. I call AHS and they tell me Superior air will contact me. I received a call and the office person was apologetic as to not be able to call sooner, they had someone to my house by the next day. The service man had to get in the attic at 4pm when it was at least 107 degrees, it said it was part of the job and wanted to get my cooling fixed. Everyone from the lady on the phone in the office, to the technician that came to my house were amazing! Professional, Polite, Wonderful- Thanks Superior Air
