reservation not honored

reservation made and guaranteed, then changed 2 days later. One employee blamed another "new" employee for the mistake and would not honor the reservation, attempted to add an additional night at customers expense. Would not give managers name and would not even give their own full name and they received credit card numbers name and all......scary business

I'm very disappointed in the service I received this weekend. My travel website Reviews of your hotel will hopefully forewarn others that could possibly be duped by your exagerated web site.

Mr. Berry contacted our resort 3 days prior to arrival. At that time, we had very few rooms available. Apparently, he wanted a 1 bedroom unit. However, we didn't have any bedroom units available with a kitchen or a fireplace. My employee explained this to Mr. Berry at the time he made the reservation and according to my employee, he stated he wanted the "cheapest room you've got". We accomodated him with an economy room. Upon arrival, Mr. Berry contacted the office stating he thought he was going to be in another type of room. He requested that we move someone else so he could have their room. This is something that is strictly against our policy. We would have been happy to have refunded Mr. Berry and located another establishment for him to stay at. However, Mr. Berry chose to stay with us and complain about the situation after he left. Sabrina Coffin Management I
