I purchase wigs online quite often, and it's often a disappointing experience. I was looking for a wig shop in the Valley to visit so I could avoid getting horrible wigs. After a snub at the Wigs Amor in Superstition Springs Mall, I tried Sunny's.

The service here is excellent, and they have a great selection of wigs, wig supplies, and hair extensions to choose from. I was contacted within minutes of walking in, and the service was friendly. The salesperson was happy to let me examine and try on wigs and was very patient with me. I also appreciated her style sense and honesty when she told me a certain wig wouldn't look good with my face shape, and she was correct.

When I selected a wig in a color they had out of stock, she was extremely quick to call another store location to see if they had that color so it could be sent over for me.

I ended up purchasing two wigs (when I only walked in needing one!) because of the great service and selection, as well as some accessories. The wig prices are good--about the same as online costs, sometimes cheaper. I happened to catch them during a sale when the wigs were 25% off! What a deal! They also gave me a flyer for 10% off my next visit.

I will certainly be back to visit this shop. I'm not sure what wigs they have in party colors, but if you need great wigs in natural colors, this is the place. I should also mention I was specifically looking for synthetic wigs--I'm not sure if they carry human hair. However, it's worth it to call ahead and ask.

This is a refreshing store. The people who work there actually want to help. I went there after a bad breakup led to an even worse haircut. I was emotionally a little extra, but the staff was so understanding and patient.

A novice to hair extensions, they spent a ridiculous amount of time with me explaining all the variety of hair extension methods and wigs I could choose from. I ended up leaving with only a purse...but I didn't feel like they resented taking all that time with me.

I later went back with a girlfriend who ended up getting her hair for strand by strand extensions, after they explained the whole process to her and recommended some stylists in the area.

Considering I haven't gone to a lot of stores like this I can't speak about it compared to others, but the service and enviroment definitely is the best I've experienced in the Valley.
