Honesty and Integrity
I have been using Sunline systems since 2004 (when they came as a highly recommended resource). I know nothing (nor do I want to) about plumbing, HVAC, water systems, wells, etc. but every job they have done has been explained to me at a level of detail I can understand. I know they are honest and ethical in their dealings - I once did not want to believe their explanation and got a second opinion and boy did I feel stupid and guilty. None of the employees have ever been anything than totally courteous and explain things at any level of detail I desire. They even explained things to my x-husband. In this day and age that is hard to come by. Their prices are totally fair and you never get anything you don't need. I strongly recommend them

Very Professional
Sunline Systems came highly recommended from another contractor in 2004 when I needed someone to look at my HVAC system, Because of previously shoddy workmanship, we were bascially airconditioning the crawl space instead of the house. They fixed that, installing new insulated sealed duct work and providing continual service since then. Nothing but professional service and attention to my equipment. I've been very pleased with their work and have continued to use them since then.

Unprofessional
Company visited my house twice (and charged excessively) without fixing the problem. They sent me a bill and said, "go use another company because we can't fix your problem." I don't believe that this is the mark of a professional organization. On top of things, the owner raised his voice to me on the phone as I was reviewing my bill with him. Go somewhere else with your business
