Sun Salon Day Spa

My co-worker and i went to check this place out since we work at the hotel nearby, First they told us over the phone that they would give us 20% off our services. We said great! we get to the Spa and they look at our nails. My co-worker lets them know we both need a fill. She has acrylic and i have Gel nails. She says ok sits us down and starts with me! I should have said something when i saw her star filling my nail by hand! they dont have any electoric tools to file down nail buff your nails so on! by this time she is using that file on my fingers it is hurting and burning around my cuticle area i tell her to stop and calm down. My co-worker is having the same problem! i tell her that i want pink color tips. she tells me to go find a color (very little colors to pick from didnt find a pink settled for a pink/red color! My friend is done im still getting polished! i could still see the line of the old job my fill was not smooth by this time its almost 2hrs and we are hungry and just want to pay and go eat somewhere! When we ask for the total we are shocked! They are charging my Co-woker $35 for her fill and they are charging me $30 for my fill! we asked why so much if their flyer says arylic fill $17 dollars and my gel fill same! they say oh its because we dont do acrylic here you got gel! My Co-worker reminds them that we did let them know before we sat down and pointed at the lady she spoke with she didnt say anything! the main person (looked like she was the owner) kept rolling her eyes and said sorry we dont do acrylic here! we asked her then why do you have it on your menu? with $17 price she said nothing then she told my friend ok you pay only $17 but add $10 for design on nail! my friend got orange tips and a black line across the tip and nail bed! that was no design and the black like wasnt even straight! i didnt argue and paid my $30 and left plus we didnt even get our 20% off they promised over the phone! we will NOT be sending any of our guest to this place please save your money and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

This place is a complete.........RIP OFFme,daughter and husband went for a day of shoping and we stopped here to get the full mani and pedi the service was awful you would be better off doing the whole thing your self the owner will try to sell you anything and totally rip you off and they will talk english one min and the next they are talking a totally diffirent language..I told her that I personnaly was not satisfied with the service and she was like okay we will work something out...yeah right after $145.00 later for a sucky job that I could of did at home with a blind fold on.....my advise is please take your bussiness else where.

My mother came into town and I took her to Sun Salon Day and Spa to get permanent eyeliner and lipliner done. It was a awful experience. Do not recomened having it done there. My mother went thru all that pain and it looks as if No makeup was applied to her eyes nor her lips.
