Sun King Pools & Spas

I had a hard time with the business owner, Paul, when it came to communication. Then I began dealing with Brie, who seemed to appear out of no where in the office. We were going to back out of the contract with Sun King for our above ground pool, but when we stopped calling the owner and started to deal with Brie, our summer began to fall into place. Her amazing customer service makes up for what this business owner lacked. He is very Lucky to have her.

I'd go zero stars if I could. This guy is probably retarded/damaged in some way, so this may be cruel. That said, he should not be dealing with people or trying to screw them over with his incompetence.
He complains about how hard it is to get good help, so the job is delayed - then the morons he hired left butts and lunch debris all over my yard - he told me "it wasn't my guys". then who was it? Chicken bones, for god's sake.
nobody knows.. You will NEVER see the same person twice, except when Paul has to come out and inspect the damage. Again.
Stay clear - buy a book, hire a local kid to do your pool. Or better yet - do without if he's you only alternative. A complete fool, a money-grubbing, lying shyster. We use Niagra now...not a plug - they're ok, but ANYTHING, including a rock, would do a bvetter job thanthe #@$%^ing Sun King.
