Summit Springs Water Co

Have been trying for two months to cancel service. They told me we needed to mail in the letter of cancellation. Not trusting them, I sent it certified mail. It was never claimed, and was returned to me after another month had gone by. Meanwhile, they're still charging me, and have not picked up their dispenser.

I've never had this problem with another water company. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

We didn't have problem getting them to bring water out to us, but we cancelled the service last month, and they were supposed to pick up the dispenser and 5 water bottles by the 26th. It's now 10 days later and we've heard nothing. Left msgs, can't get a response. Only now did we think to check the BBB rating and see that they have an F rating. It's sad when the company has good service providers in the field, but not the office.

I have been trying to cancel my service for 4 months. I finally got someone to call me back and they said they would cancel and they said they would give me a call back to schedual a pick of the bottle but never did and then keeped bring water after that. They never answer the phone ebcause they odn't want people to cancel and only call you back if you don't tell them on the answering machine your calling to cancel. Horrible customer service. Don't use.
