Summit STC has great training equipment for any athlete at any level looking to improve his or her athletic performance or even for any individual looking to improve his or her overall health. The speed treadmills are great for improving speed and overall conditioning. The hockey treadmills are perfect for year around training for skating mechanics, skating speed and conditioning. The training program at Summit has helped me improve my vertical jump, 40 yard dash and 5-10-5 shuttle times before my NFL Combine workout. I highly recommend the Summit STC training program to all athletes.
