Sugar and Spice Kids Salon

I have two little boys, 18 months and 29 months, EVERY haircut experience in the past has been miserable! They don't like to sit still, they were scared, they screamed, just miserable for all of us! Sugar & Spice kept them entertained with a video, the stylists all interacted really well with them and they LOVED sitting in the motorcycle and racecar chairs! We will definitely be back!

We had been taking our oldest to the Salon for a year and a half and our youngest for half a year. It appears they may of recently changed some staff around in that in the past we had no issues. Today we were 15 minutes late to our appointment and was told they could not squeeze the boys in. The four girls at the front desk were rude and didnt seem to care they could be losing a good customer. When I asked for name of manager it took quite a bit to get a name and I was told no one was in charge on the weekend at the salon. We were able to right into a competitors salon, was treated very politely, and they did a wonderful job. Sugar and Spice lost a good customer due to non nonchalant attitude of the girls working there today.
