Subway

Walked into the Marlborough,Ct. Subway to be totally ignored by the staff. Apparently my order was not as important as the personal conversation to the woman in front of me. I waited almost ten minutes , ( there were only two people in the store) I was never recognized. She was more concerned with her personal conversation, not with me.
I have never witnessed such poor customer service.
I walked out of the store to go somewhere else.
So should you.

I walked into the Marlborough Subway store to place a large order for my family. I was beaten out by a young woman who ordered two footlong subs , no problem. The problem is, the girl behind the counter shouted out to the two man staff in the back that they had an an additional customer. There was no urgency taken by the back of the store. No problem, I was OK to wait. The girl behind the counter began to strike up a personal conversation with the woman in front of me.There were only two people in the store and I was totally ignored. After five minutes of waiting for the conversation to end I was tired. To show my frustration I sat down at a table to try to let her know that her customer service was non existent. She did not take the hint, I sat for an additional three minutes. Never once did she or the staff try to wait on me in a timely fashion. I walked out of the store, to go somewhere else. What has happened to manners and customer service, in Marlborough.
