Not very helpful, I had to call multiple time for service. They seemed like they knew what they were talking about over the phone, but that wasnot the case.

I had a horrific experience with this company as did a friend! The installation process was incredibly intrusive - including the installer putting their foot through my bedroom ceiling. It's been 15 months since my system was installed and it's still not correct. My last correspondance with Chris - simply asking for an update - was met with a reference to call the mfg of the product they installed. Would your car dealer simply tell you to call GM? Would Best Buy tell you to call Sony?! Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from this company.
