Very unreasonable returns, bad service

A couple of weeks ago my hubby and I bought a table, that was not in stock. The following weekend we found the exact same table at another store for $70 less. We decieded to cancel our order, but it was a Sunday. The owner of the store was not working and thus no one was authorized to make the refund. We would have to wait till the next weekday. If you go to the store, any of the stores, know that should you want to return your purchase you must do it on a weekday. \t\n\t\nTo add to our horrible experience we were lied to when we asked if the table we purchased was the same as the one at a competitors store. The overly confident sales rep said their table was a higher quality. When we went to the competitor we realized the table was the same table, model number and $70 less.\t\n\t\nThe staff is rude and not helpful unless you are purchasing. In fact I was shuttled to the back of the store so he could tell me that no one working on a weekend could handle returns or refunds. \t\n\t\nI say stay away. You can find the exact furniture elsewhere most likely for less and with more polite and helpful service staff.\t\n\t\nAvoid avoid avoid no matter how "slick" the merch seems

honestly, the worst costumer service i've ever experienced

i created a citysearch account w the sole purpose of sharing how horrible this place is. i ordered two pieces over the phone after seeing them on the website. i paid in full w a credit card and waited for their arrival (at the store) - i was guaranteed that it would take no longer than a week. three weeks later i had no furniture and had heard nothing. i made several attempts to contact the store but was put on hold for absurd amounts of time and also hung up on twice. finally, after nearly a month w/out furniture i decided on a refund. that too has been a huge hassle. i never did get the furniture and almost three weeks after asking for a refund, i've received $0. the worst part is that i dealt with the manager, randy, the entire time. good luck if you shop there. i'd definitely avoid buying anything that isn't already in-stock.
