If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!They give horrible customer service and will bump your CONFIRMED reservation in order to rent to one of their "friends".Save your time and go to an OFFICIAL U-Haul service center... TRUST ME!If you need to rent a U-Haul go to the U-Haul Center on Preston Highway... the people there are nice and will go out of their way to help you... UNLIKE THIS PLACE!
