My story goes like this. I go in for an alignment on a Sunday morning because I just put on new struts and tires and the car has been wacked a couple of times so it needed it bad and I couldn't wait for an appointment. I usually check reviews but like i said, there was little time and with my work schedule, I was happy that they could get me in. It cost just over a $100. After they were finished they said they needed special Cam Bolts for the front driver's strut so they can adjust the Camber on that side. I said ok, how much and when can u have these bolts? I realize it was Sunday, but they made no effort to look up the price and schedule a time to finish the job. They just told me to call and Speak with Dennis Garcia the store manager about it and he can help. Well Tuesday Morning i go in to talk with this fella. Told him I felt that I was concerned that the job wasn't finished and I wanted him to find me the bolts or let me go purchase them, which I did. But he wanted to charge me at least and hour more labor, over $100 to put the bolts in. I feel like thats part of the original alignment, turning bolts to align the wheels. I didn't mind paying for the bolts, which they wanted to order form their supplier. I was sitting there with another woman and we got to talking so she described her problem as them not wanting to replace a faulty valve stem on one of her tires after she spent almost $2000 dollars on brand name Micheline tires that went bad earlier than expected. I feel like this is an ongoing issue with NTB and people should boycott them, no matter if they are convenient. Because in the end , they don't care about your car or your safety and it will cost you more time and money and will not be so convenient anymore. I see all the bad reviews and i figured they don't even want to correct their actions after all this time and I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. The manager just looked at me and said that he didn't see how not finishing the alignment was not honorable. I said honor is doing the right thing. Whats an extra hour labor so that people will be happy and bring them more business. They must be Crazy or stupid. Either way, they do not deserve good people putting their safety of their families in the hands of this organization. ...read more
