very unpleasant office staff
I completely agree with the other reviewer. I also see Bonita Hermans and she is wonderful!! However, the majority of the office staffs attitude is terrible. I am surprised that they even still have jobs. Dr. Gerard McGrinder also can have an attitude. He was so frustrated at the patient before me that he took it out on me. He was extremely rough, and even flung my perscriptions at me from his desk!! Very unprofessional!! If Bonita wasn't there I would never visit this practice again. She makes dealing with rude office staff worth it.
Continuously poor office staff earns office a thumbs down
Been going for 20 years plus. Bonita Hermans is wonderful but I am starting to wonder if this place goes out of their way to hire exceptionally rude office staff. It's almost as if they (some of them) will go out of their way to condescend the patient. It's getting worse everytime I go. I find myself asking: ""Why am I paying for someone to be rude to me for no reason"". I've begun my search for a better practice.
