Steak and Ale Restaurants

this place used to be great, all of a sudden this year its the worst. Waiters and waitresses cant ever get orders right. My sister ordered a steak rare and it comes out well done ?? I never see managers and when I ask for one they are always busy ? I used to deal with a manager named cris that always took care of us when we booked our holiday parties its dirty and seems like nobody cares anymore.
