Owner has no customer service skills, speaks to customers in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of honest business practices, he uses dishonest and illegal tactics to swindle money from walk in customers as well as apartment community management.

HORRIBLE
TERRIBLE Customer Service! They tow your car & you call to get explanation, they're Extremely RUDE. Unprofessional for real! If there was a Zero rating, I would give them that. They Over Charge. Every rating I reviewed on them, there were 96% bad reviews than good & I see why.

Never hire this company
The tow company refuses to follow the requirements of the owner of our property. Unless you want to put your business in legal jeopardy , do not hire this towing company for your premises.
