Special T Travel Service Inc

This company called us to say we had a vacation package we hadn't used. We we supposed to get a 4/3 Bahamas cruise that turned out to be a boat trip to Grand Bahama Island and a stay in a hotel. We were told that persons 1 and two pay and three and four were free. When we sent in the money for this and the accommodations in Orland/Daytona Beach we found out that person three and four actually had to pay full price of $199 on top of the $118 we already paid to get the package. We got a real cruise for $200 for 4 ngihts and persons 3&4 are only $150. This includes all meals on board the ship.

We still don't know where we would stay in Orlando and Daytona Beach but after seeing what others have said on the web it seems like the motels are dumps and in less than desirable places.. We also were told we would have to pay and additional $100 and it was peak season. We also have to take a timeshare presentation.

I have contacted the Florida A.G. office twice and have got nothing in return. The A.G. sends Special T Travel a nice letter and Special T Travel sends them back a letter saying they did nothing wrong. Thats like asking a thief to stop stealing.

Richard Beatrice called on July 25, 2011, with an offer for $149 each for a vacation plan. When I received the material, the plans were very much misleading. I have made numerous attempts to be reimbursed. I was told to send the package in and I would be reimbursed as soon as they received it. I have called every month since, and the amount has not been returned. Each time I am told that it is at their bank to be returned and should be on my statement by the next month. Richard Beatrice is no longer with them and Marty ????answers and each time he has lied. Hopefully Special T Travels will read this wonderful review and be waiting for my calls on Monday or send a check by mail to me.
I have accepted many offers of this kind, but this is the first time I have ever been ripped off. Maybe because I am an honest person, I expect everyone else to be. This has given me reason to doubt anyone who calls. You'll be hearing many more times until I received my reimbursement. Bye!!!

I signed up to get the vacation package of 4/3 Orlando, 3/2 Daytona Beach and a 4/3 cruise to the Bahamas. This was supposed to be $199 for persons one and two, three and four were free. We were charged $118 for the Orlando/Daytona Beach package and have to pay $199 each for all travelers up to 4 adults to the BAhamas
. This is not what we were offered. You also can't book with the actual accomadations. The cruise is a cruise over and a cruis back with a stay at a hotel on Grnad Bahama Island. So you also have to buy all your food on the Island. I e-mailed but did not recieve a reply. I will now have to call. They play bait and switch.
