Avoid if you can lima deserves better
When I first retired I went to this office. They messed up my account and I ended up owing them back. Then recently I had to drop off a paper and they never processed it. It's been over a month because I called the 800 number and they told me nothing was put In computer. The SS gave me Lima SS number and when I called it it sends you directly to the call center I talked to. If you can go to Findlay or piqua you will be better off.
