Smartstyle Family Hair Salon

I don't usually get my daughter's hair cut here because we shop at a different Walmart. We happened to be in the area and she wanted her ends cut and her eyebrows done. She is 14 and knows how she likes her hair so I didn't think I had to sit with her like she was 8 getting a haircut. The "manager", and I use that term lightly, did her eyebrows first, then proceeded to tell my daughter her hair was so long that she was going to dry cut her hair. She has never had an issue before with her hair being too long they didn't want to was it. The manager proceeded to ask my daughter if she wanted an inch taken off and she told the manager "No just the ends trimmed." Now I probably wouldnt have noticed how much was chopped off except my daughter has blue tipped hair. The manager claimed she only took off an inch but if I could load pictures you would see there is less than 1/2" of blue left when it was almost 4" before the manager hacked her hair. When I got home and my daughter was crying about how much was taken off, I called the store and the Manager was rude and got an attitude with me about how my daughter's hair was 5 ft long and even an 1 1/2" taken off wouldn't matter. I bet if someone hacked off her hair the same way she did to my kid she would think differently.
