I agree this is the best workout. I've tried other women's gyms, this is 100% better, more attentive. The staff is EXCELLENT! You will get results if you are trying and get in to workout.

This is the greatest workout you will get for women. The staff is attentive, watch all along the way, customize your workout and care about you.
