I know personally that this company loses track of payments and also sells your name and address to other companies. Also if you want your name, address, and phone number dropped from being sold you have to send it either by registered or certified mail. Because if you cannot prove it they will deny any receipt of your request. Also they will tell you that it takes six months to get dropped from the list they sell. I had to research numerous misapplications of payments and correct many of them. Even with the orders you place at their seminars and when you pay for them, they have a bad habit of losing the orders and still charging your credit card. There are other companies that give courses and I would recommend you use them.

Skillpath received my payment for a book and never shipped it and never thought twice to contact me regarding shipping information.

The representative refused to admit anything wrong and offered no solutions to the problem. There was no offer to have the book available for me at the training class, and when I suggested overnight service she refused.

I am very disappointed the customer service supervisor did not see the value to keep a customer satisfied and increase customer loyalty and perhaps recommend Skillpath to others versus the cost of $30.00 for shipping a book.
