CANNOT BELIEVE THE WAY I WAS TALKED TO
SO I lost track of a bill that I had through Sanford and finally found it and called to discuss whether or not insurance was adjusted and to get it paid. The person that I talked to, His name is Randy was really nice to me until he realized the date on the bill was from the beginning of this year. His tone got very mean and he started arguing with me whenever I asked a question. I have worked in sales as well as customer service for over 20 years as well as trained people in phone etiquette. I could not believe that he had started an argument with me over the phone. I had to talk to a supervisor, Amy. The way that I was treated almost made me cry which I explained to amy. She was very nice but refrained from apologizing or even acknowledging my being treated that way. I will NEVER do business with Sanford ever again!
