STS Tire & Auto

I've been dealing with this branch of STS for over 8 years. i have a fleet of vehicles I'm responsible for and fo they have failed to satisfy even the basics such as balancing tires or rotating tires correctly for the last 2-3 years. How I wish Frank and Dave were managing the store. I've reached out to "higher management" to no avail. They have changed managment and staff countless times in the last 2 years.

I purchased 4 tires from there on 2 separate ocassions. The second time the wheel balancing was off. I brought the car back to get it done correctly four days later. They could not find my invoice and made me pay an additional $50 to correctly balance the tires. This was unaccptable.
