I purchased a vehicle here and now regret it. Financing was never approved and I returned the car. They have sold my truck i brought in as trade. I wanted to give them another chance to make things right. He told me that they can’t sell my truck until they had approval for financing. I agreed Floyd called me back to say that once I get a job I can get the car back. I informed him this was unacceptable as I no longer have a car and they had no right selling my truck. They were very rude to me and told me that I breached the contract when I lost my job. I told them that regardless of anything else, they breached it by selling my truck before they had final approval for funding as stated in ordinance 646a.090. I informed him I have spoken with the department of justice and asked for legal advice, this is when Jim hung up on me.
