Maybe someone can explain how a store named "Renee's Birkenstock" can't keep in stock the basic Birkenstock men's sandle (the Arizona). Travelling to this store is a bit of a hike for me, but I didn't evenb occur to me to think that they wouldn't have ANY to replace my worn out pair. I would have been willing to try a different color, but nope. All I got is, "I can have them in by Friday". I should have just listened to my wife and started out at Zappo's like she suggested.

We were very happy with our purchase. They were very friendly, knew their products very well and went out of their way to get the style and size I wanted. I will go back again.
