Warning part 2
people not owning up to their mistakes..the plumbing dispatch Diane accused me of ordering a kitchen faucet replacement, when I had only asked for a quote..and stated that I had called them there under false pretenses to replace the faucet..now why would I ask them to replace my faucet if it's not covered in my Home warranty..and not to mention that Provider no longer had my trust after not being able to remove the foul smell in my house!The ONLY reason I was using this company in the first place was because they were chosen by American Home Sheild my warranty company.
If you haven't noticed yet, my main issues are with Diane their Plumbing Dispatch person, and the fact that no one will own up to their mistakes..Diane continued by stating that they had come out multiple times to check for the foul odor (like they were doing me a favor & I hadn't already paid 345$ to fix it). I started to believe I was imagining it! These gases are toxic (I know I'm a Registered Nurse) and can cause

First off let me tell you that this company is a wolf in sheep clothing.....I'm not impressed with their experience (Blaze), professionalism (Diane & John), nor price...cause if you can't fix the problem..there is no good price!
