not so great
Our employer changed from Blue Cross to Providence, who claimed the same or better coverage- however so many doctors refuse to go through the labyrinth of hoops to qualify as a preferred provider that we pay much more out of pocket now. This is how providence makes money... also delays longer in paying doctors..
