Providence Medical Group - Orenco

I am new to the area and chose this place because it is close to where I live and they were excepting new patients. I now know why they need new patients. I have been having abdominal pain for weeks, I went to the clinic and had tests done and needed more scheduled. I had to call them back for everything...to schedule a CT and to get the results of all of my tests because they NEVER call back. When someone finally called back they did not know what they were talking about an could not even pronounce what they were telling me was the problem. The Dr. was in a rush to get me out of the office and I felt like I was not welcome there. I will never go back! Go somewhere else!

Receptionists were a bit rude and seemed too busy to listen. I was just trying to schedule a first time appointment. Bad representation for providence..... Gave me the run around and didn't listen. If they would have actually listened to what I was saying they would have realized that I was covered already and not told me to call "my provider" (which is actually Providence!) to find out if I was covered there.....
