Fraud Charges
I am disgusted with how this company (owner) will come to your home and close your pool without your permission and then they will charge your credit card. The worst part is, when you call to discuss the situation, the "owner" yells, curses, and said, "Well I got your money anyway!" SHAME ON YOU POOLS 2000! BTW, I got my money back. Based on what happened to me, I would never use this company again. Mistakes happen, I understand, but the way you treat customers is down right wrong! Oh, and I know the owner went to the other pool company to discuss my situation....shame, shame, shame on you.
