I purchased 2009 Honda Accord EX-L from Plaza Honda. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences when purchasing a new car.The sales associate, David Petri, was patient and provided me with all the details I needed and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly located the EX-L and the exact color I wanted. Considering other Honda dealerships that I contacted lied to get me to visit their dealerships hoping to change my mind on the model i wanted and the color. David Petri did not pressure me and told me to take my time when deciding. He even encouraged me not to rush into the purchase until i felt confident. Dave Petri wanted me to call other dealerships before i purchasing from Plaza Honda. Taking the advice of Mr. Petri's, I decided to think it over and call other dealerships once more so i could compare prices and not one came close to what Plaza Honda offered. Shopping for a car is not the easiest thing to do but we decided to go to plaza Toyota after receiving an online quote. We walked in and told the receptionist at the front desk we had an appointment with David Petri. Within five minutes a friendly man greeted my wife and I and offered us a drink. I was amazed that we were test driving a brand new Toyota Hylander within twenty minutes of arriving! David Petri was soft spoken and never pushy. He told us about the new Toyota credit card we could use as our down payment, save us a bundle in the end. Mr. Petri introduced us to the General Manager, Dominic Mele. I told him about the horror stories I had heard when shopping for a new car. Mr. Mele, smiled and said, “Plaza Toyota is not like other dealerships, I make certain every customer feels relaxed and comfortable when purchasing a car and I tell my staff this every day." Mr. Petri walked back with a contracted price and we drove away a life time customers!

I went to Plaza Auto Mall because my brother had recently purchased his vehicle from there I strongly recommended Plaza Auto Mall because Dave Petri made our experience very stress free compared to the other dealerships. I bought my used 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid from Plaza Auto Mall a few weeks ago and I can honestly say that buying a car has never been so simple before. Mr. Petri was very calm throughout the entire process and never made my wife and I feel pressured. We had spent the entire day going to different dealerships and other salesmen were always trying to sell me terrible cars and making me out to be an idiot. I felt quite abused and stressed before we decided to return to Plaza Auto Mall and the great. Buying my car took a little more than an hour. I have never felt so relaxed like this before at a car dealership.
