Pizza Gourmet

12/28/06 I have been going here only for the 50% off deal with Entertainment book. The reason is that the pizza centers are always doughy. The owner told me that I am the only one who complains. This is what usually occurs on the West coast. People here don't know what cooked crusts are because very few palors prepare and cook a proper dough. So I have learned to accept the poor quality for half off. Everything else was good. I would have liked more of a 'to the edge' with the toppings. The overall taste of the meat lover was better than average, but that doughyness really destroyed the whole pie. I did receive an apology, and an attempt to cook it longer, but all that was going to accomplish was burn the top of the pizza. Now that I have alerted the owner to the problem, we promised he was going to work on it. I hope others who eat here will post what they encounter.
