Pine Meadow Mobile Home Park

Worst park ever. Management lies all the time about why they are raising your lot rent, fixing roads or street lights, which NEVER get done and something is fishy about them because the bill they send out for lot rent is only dated for 2weeks and not the whole month. The Slumlord of Sioux Falls is buying up a lot of run down trailers there and not fixing them just patching them and then charging renters an OUTRAGOUS amount for rent his trailers are full of mold and roaches, which in turn is running the value of homes that are actually owned by tenants in the park down. Management is very, very rude. It is not a crime free neighborhood, in fact the other park they own there are 5 registered sex offenders living there and the Slumlord does not run background checks on his renters, so who knows how many actually live in Pine Meadows. Do not waste you time with this park
