PILATES VITA IS THE BEST !!!!!
This is definitely "The Best Pilates in Denver". I have been at 5 studios in Town before. But for the first time I found a place that I like in all aspects... I can enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the Studio. The teachers are great, friendly and helpful. The owner is always trying to help us with anytime we need, for schedule, for classes, pain researches... Well they fixed my back pain and I'm happy about it!!! If you are looking for a great Pilates Studio, you should check this place first!
Wonderful understanding of body mechanics
Patricia, the owner of Pilates Vita, has an amazing understanding of the human body and how to work with all types of physical challenges. Her studio has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The group classes are fun and inclusive. The results that clients achieve are amazing!
