Excellent service from everyone starting with Paul Salazar, my service advisor and his associates, to the friendly shuttle driver. More importantto me is the level of trust Pierre's service dept has earned over the years. I am a competitive shopper... Pierre Ford has never suggested a repair or upgrade unless it was necessary or unavoidable. Estimates and final charges are in many cases cheaper than independent garages that I have used. Last year I purchased a set of Firestone Destination tires from Pierre after Paul was able to match the sale price of Firestone's own dealers! Well done.
