Reviews about Piano Source
Made Every Effort to Help Me
The experience I had was FABULOUS. I had already spent a lot of time online researching keyboards and knew pretty much what I was after. I still had some fairly technical questions and Alexander spent a great deal of time patiently answering them and giving me objective answers. I ended up wanting a keyboard that they had to special order and they made every effort to accomodate me and my needs. They even let me open the box and try it out before I laid out the money. When I got the final bill, it was for less than I expected. It made no sense for me to order online. They also made me a great deal on a stand. I will definitely make a trip to the Piano Source for my next keyboard to put in my studio. Kawai is a brand I trust and is a stage and studio staple. All of my friends and clients are going to be referred to the Piano Source by me!

I read the reviews here and noticed the reviews are different than the ones I found from other web site. I decided to give it a try but very cautious mind.Generally, they carry some brands that others do not. Dave patiently offered his fair opinions on several pianos in his store. We tried them and it does match what he said to us mostly.Personally, it is extremely important to me is the after-care service since Piano is just like a vehicle require maintenance and adjustment. Honestly, we had problems after we bought a baby grand but, at least, the service so far is nothing to pick on. Finally, buying piano is a big investment just like buying a car. You should always do some researches and put down what would you expect and how much you would pay for. Piano Source would be a good place to check on if you have done that first.

My husband and I decided to spend the afternoon looking at pianos and stopped by on our way to look at Yamahas. The salesguy spent more time trying to trash Yamaha than sell us on his stuff. After about 15 minutes we bailed, went to Piano Gallery and bought a Yamaha baby grand after a great experience.
