Peter Koch Chrysler Dodge Jeep

Not long ago I was in the market for a new vehicle. Having owned several Chrysler products before ,I sought out Koch's in Seneca Falls ,NY. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly by salesmen Ed Akens and we then proceeded to try to find the particular vehicle I was looking for. Ed worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I requested, but alas, it was not to be found. Even though I did not buy a vehicle at that visit, I was very impressed at all the "leg work" Ed did for me. For my next vehicle purchase I will definitely seek out Ed and Koch's.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a home town dealership,they all were very friendly and felt confortable to work with. And the service department was great they explain what your vehicle needs and makes you feel comfortable. And their workmanship so far has been A++.

I am extremely pleased with my overall satisfaction with this dealership. I truly believe they listened intently to my desires and put forth extra effort in exceeding them. I would like to take the opportunity to express heartfelt graditude to my sales person Melissa Smith. This individual is honest and caring, very knowledgeable about the features in all offered products, and considerate of my needs which she understood well. All communication with her was professional, point-on, with respect paramount. I now consider her as "my" car sales person and as long as she remains with the Peter Koch firm, in turn, the dealership I shall do all my business with in the future.
