Thanks to Perfect Comfort Heating and Cooling I am now saving $1500-1700 a year on my energy bill! Ya!…WOW! I knew that energy prices were high, but I had no idea that I could save so much. I was skeptical at first because my house was only 8 years old and my furnace and air conditioner worked fine. Perfect Comfort did a free assessment of my home and showed me how I could realize huge annual savings by making the right upgrades to my current system. I am on track to pay for the investment in 2-3 years with the savings from my gas and electric bills. Everything from then on will be money in my pocket. I can't begin to say enough about these guys. Dan was very helpful in designing and installing our new furnace. We had a 60% efficiency furnace that was almost 20 years old. It was in fine working condition, if you don't mind 2 and 3 hundred dollar gas bills. When Dan told me that he could cut my bill in half I didn't believe him. This last month, being the coldest we have seen, my gas bill was almost exactly half of what we paid last year. The money is nice don't get me wrong. The reason I write this review is because my house is so much more comfortable. We set the thermostat at 68 at night when it is coldest and it feels great, nice and warm, even up stairs. Dan said the difference is the variable speed furnace. I don't know about all that. All I know is my house feels like home.
