on behalf of my mother had lost myself and my family would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. My family as well as I and my mother may not all be together today. If not for the helpful and selfless action of Constable Denny did for my mother during one of the most recent snowstorms. Constable Denny risked his safety, and his life to lend a hand to a stranger. My mother was stuck in at least a foot of snow in any embankment. Just off a 95. My mother does not believe in cell phones. So she was stranded and unable call for help. My mother stated that State Police cars drove by as well as Chester City Police and none of them had the heart to stop. Constable Denny attempted to dig the car out. However the car was in too deep. Constable Denny allow my mom to sit in his vehicle since it was so cold out. And also allow my mother to use his cell phone to call home, and he also called a tow truck for my mother and waited with her inside his vehicle.
