I had Penney Fence install a stockade fence around our house, perfect job. The next year we added 8 sections, in the 5 years since the work has been done all 8 line posts have snapped at the ground level. Turns out these were not pressure treated. I've contacted them, they said they would send someone out to look at the posts, never happened. Please don't go to Penney Fence, try Fences Unlimited insteadBill Gilmore Londonderry, NH
